I would like to take you back in time with this week's featured real wedding. I had the pleasure of meeting this couple when I was working with her on a fundraiser. She loved my work ethic and creative flare and I just loved her friendly personality. What an amazing person she was to work with. I can never forget it and here's why:
The couple - particularly my bride - wanted this bike as a prop for the photobooth.
She wanted this bike so that all the guests could hope on (including them) to take pictures. After numerous phone calls and research I managed to locate a local man willing to lend his pride and joy. More than anything she wanted to surprise her man for personal reasons.
She had wanted simple and elegant décor for the reception so we did martini vases with blue gel and candles on the cocktail tables, which were covered with black cloth and tied with silver rhinestone mesh wraps.
To adhere to her request for a simple and elegant affair a color pallette of blue, silver, white and black was used. We used chair covers which had a beautiful texture of roses on the back and the matching table cloths in black were used.
Silver charger plates with black napkins and blue stoned napkin rings added the colors chosen by the couple and the center pieces included tall vases with fresh dendrobiums and floating silver candles.
